I got 4 tires mounted and balanced today, but when I got home I noticed that the wheel weights they put on were falling off of two of the wheels. I could tell they never even cleaned the spots before applying the weights. Now I have to clean them and glue them on myself. Not good. Edit (response to owner): When I lifted up the loose weights and ran my finger over the two spots, they both turned my fingers black, so they weren't clean enough. Plus, on one wheel, the old adhesive from the previous weights was still there and the new ones wouldn't stick to that, so I removed that and cleaned it with alcohol. I used a high temp glue to put the weights back on in the exact locations. It's too much of a hassle for me to bring these back so you can do it over. They're on the car now and I've found a new shop to do inspections and tires.
Jason sorry you had a issue. Our team uses a cleaner on the wheels, not sure what happen. Please return to our location and we will make it right and recheck all your tires. A team member will call you Monday.
